Online Return and Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to approval. To be considered for a refund, all items must be unused and in original packaging. Refund will be made upon physical return of product to seller by buyer. All applicable fees may be deducted from amount of refund. Returns are subject to inspection prior to refund. Restocking fees up to 25-50 % may apply. In store credit with proof of purchase.

We will accept Returns and/or Exchange on purchases made from our Showroom Stock within 30 Days from Invoice Date that are in "New and Unused" Condition. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT OR C WORTH SUPERSTORE GIFT CARD.

All Returns after 30 Days from Invoice Date that are in "New and Unused" Condition from our Showroom Stock will carry a 25% Restocking Charge.

All Sales are Final on purchases made from our Showroom Stock that are not in "New and Unused" Condition.

Special Ordered Non Stock Items returned within 30 days from Invoice Sate in "New and Unused" Condition and Original Packaging will result in a minimum of 25% and up to 100% Restocking Charge depending on the Manufacturer's Return Policy. (Fabricated Equipment cannot be returned or cancelled). Freight, Repackaging/Crating and Handling Charge will be added to the cost of the above percentage of the returned items. No Returns after 30 Days.
